Panel A Spot view from a double-contrast barium enema study shows two large, shallow ulcers (arrows) within the ascending and transverse colon. Panel B Spot view of the rectosigmoid colon shows an ulcerative mass within the sigmoid colon (arrow). The biopsy specimen (not shown) contained poorly formed granulomas with rare acid-fast bacilli.
