Panel A Radiograph from a small bowel follow-through examination shows two sites of stricture in the ileum (arrows). The small bowel dilatation above the proximal stricture is consistent with small bowel obstruction. Panel B Gross specimen of the resected ileum shows a stricture (arrow) that affects the entire circumference of the bowel.
