Hepatic lymphoma in a 52-year-old man with AIDS who presented with abdominal pain. Panel A US scan of the upper abdomen shows a large, hypoechoic mass with a lobulated contour that involved the right lobe of the liver. Panel B Contrast-enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows a large, relatively high-attenuation mass within the right lobe of the liver. The remainder of the liver shows low attenuation, consistent with fatty change.
