Panel C CT scan demonstrates this characteristic trabecular appearance, with adjacent vascular channels and spaces (arrows). Panel D and Panel E Photographs of the gross, sectioned specimens show multifocal vascular channels (solid arrows) and larger cavernous spaces (arrowheads). Fat overgrowth is also present (open arrows in E). These findings correlate well with the radiologic appearance.
