Panel A Contrast-enhanced CT scan shows an axillary mass with marked enhancement (arrows), a single calcification (small arrowhead), and fat overgrowth that is most prominent peripherally (large arrowheads). Panel B Photograph of the sectioned gross specimen reveals large cavernous spaces (*) and fat overgrowth (arrows), findings that correlate well with the CT appearance.
