Panel A Radiograph shows overgrowth of the right knee with small honeycomb areas of radiolucency seen medially (arrowheads). Arthritic changes in the knee are already present, and a varus tibial osteotomy has been performed. Panel B Sonogram reveals tubular hypoechoic vascular channels (arrows).
