(B and C) Sagittal T1-weighted MR images obtained before Panel B and after Panel C administration of gadolinium show fat overgrowth that is most prominent peripherally (arrowheads in A) and vascular channels or spaces (arrows) that enhance with contrast material. Panel D Axial T2-weighted MR image reveals that the mass has a heterogeneous appearance, with very high signal intensity in slow-flowing vascular spaces (solid arrows), intermediate intensity in the fat overgrowth (open arrows), and low intensity in the phleboliths (arrowhead).
