Panel D Axial T2-weighted MR image reveals that the mass has a heterogeneous appearance, with very high signal intensity in slow-flowing vascular spaces (solid arrows), intermediate intensity in the fat overgrowth (open arrows), and low intensity in the phleboliths (arrowhead).
