Cystic hygroma of the axilla in a 3-month-old girl. Panel A CT scan shows a multilocular, cystic axillary lesion (arrowheads) with multiple fluid-fluid levels (arrows). Panel B Photograph of the gross specimen reveals the complex mass with cavernous spaces (*). Histologically, the mass was largely a lymphangioma; however, a hemangiomatous component caused the bleeding and fluid-fluid levels.
