CPDN in a 5-month-old boy with an abdominal mass. Panel A Nonenhanced CT scan shows what appear to be solid nodular elements (arrows) but are actually smaller, closely spaced cysts. Panel B Bivalved gross specimen reveals multiple cysts lined by delicate translucent septa, but no solid elements are demonstrated.
