Distortion and displacement of the renal collecting system and multiple, round filling defects within the renal pelvis (arrow) are also seen. Panel B Photograph of the gross specimen demonstrates the glistening capsule of the mass and the ureteropelvic junction (arrowheads). Panel C Bivalved specimen shows the walls of the ureteropelvic junction reflected medially and inferiorly (arrowheads) and demonstrates multiple herniated tumor cysts (arrow) within the renal pelvis.
