Mesoblastic nephroma, cellular variant, in a 9-month-old boy with hematuria and a right flank mass. Panel A Contrast-enhanced CT scan demonstrates a 10.5 X 12-cm multilocular cystic mass with occasional nodular islands of soft tissue (arrow) (cf Fig 8a). An enhancing rim of compressed renal parenchyma is seen anteriorly (arrowhead). Panel B Cut surface of the gross specimen shows multiple cystic spaces, some filled with hemorrhage (arrow).
