PA chest radiograph demonstrates hilar and mediastinal adenopathy with fine nodular interstitial opacities. Panel C Stage III. PA chest radiograph depicts diffuse bilateral reticulonodular opacities without lymphadenopathy. Panel D Stage IV. PA chest radiograph shows fibrosis and upper lobe cystic changes and volume loss.
