Panel A Image from a barium enema study demonstrates a long-segment stricture in which submucosal abnormalities are restricted to the more superior portion (arrows) of the stricture. Panel B Photograph of the gross specimen reveals the submucosal growth, which is seen as bowel wall thickening in the central portion.
