History
30-year-old man with fever of unknown origin and heart murmur.

Findings
Mixed echogenicity masses are identified on both the tricuspid and mitral valves. The appearance is consistent with endocarditis. There is no evidence of either atrial or ventricular thrombus. Normal cardiac motion is present. There is no pericardial effusion.

Endocarditis with vegetations identified on both mitral and tricuspid valves.
