Findings
This examination demonstrates a 3-cm nodular density present in the right upper lobe. There is no evidence of associated hilar adenopathy. The pattern is consistent with a primary lung carcinoma. The remaining portions of the lungs are expanded and clear. There is no evidence of plural effusion. Cardiac and mediastinal contours are normal. Osseous thorax is intact.

3-cm right upper lobe lung mass consistent with lung carcinoma. CT evaluation is recommended.
