Continuous Quality Improvement Initiative

 2009 Quality Improvement Storyboard Project

Following its Spring meeting, the Quality Improvement Committee issued a call for storyboard abstracts that describe quality assessment and improvement initiatives in the field of radiology that have taken place in institutions to improve the care or service provided to patients. After a rigorous peer-review process, 26 abstracts were selected for development into Storyboards. These were displayed in the Health Services Research, Policy, and Practice section of the Lakeside Learning Center at RSNA 2009. In response to the positive response and interest of attendees, Storyboards are being made available via the Quality Web pages.
