A permission form is available here. Please allow 5-10 days for a response. We do take into consideration your deadline and will try to accommodate any urgent requests.

Figures, Tables, Illustrations, Abstracts, Text

Your request should include the following information:

1. Your name, institution, complete mailing address, fax number, and phone number
2. The figure numbers, table numbers, or portion of text that you want to use (or send a photocopy)
3. Article reference – authors, title, journal, year, volume, page numbers (URL for online-only articles)
4. Explain the intended use of the material
   Book chapter – book title
   Article – journal name or Web URL
   Syllabus – title of course and place
5. Format – for print, CD-ROM, Web, or PowerPoint slides
6. Expected publication date or course presentation date

Web Posting

RSNA does not permit the posting of full text journal articles on other Web sites. You may request permission to link to a specific article. Please include the Web site URL in your request.

Photocopies

Authorization to photocopy articles for internal educational or personal use is granted by RSNA provided the appropriate fee is paid through the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), www.copyright.com, (978) 750-8400.

Photocopying for distribution, resale, or advertising and promotional purposes must be approved in writing by and a fee paid to RSNA.

Reprints

Copies of journal articles in PDF format are available online for personal use only.
