  • An RSNA Meeting Suite is the ideal place to connect with staff, customers and potential clients. Meeting suites are available to both exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies and, with convenient locations within the exhibit hall to conduct business privately.

    Companies are permitted to have food and beverage service within their Meeting Suite; SAVOR is the exclusive food and beverage provider for McCormick Place.

  • Headquarter Office Space

  • Located in the Technical Exhibit halls, Headquarter Offices are a quiet area away from your booth for use as a company break/lunch room, check-in point for staff, meetings and coatroom. Headquarter Offices are restricted to exhibit personnel only and should not be used in conjunction with booth activities. Minimum size is 10'x10' and can be rented in 100 square foot increments.

  • Off-Site Function Space

  • RSNA exhibitors choosing to host an off-site meeting or event in conjunction with RSNA 2018, maximizes participation at RSNA 2018. Prior approval from RSNA is required; please see below for qualifying functions, space guidelines and space request form.

    • Entertainment/social events: Dinners, receptions and other events with no formal educational programming. These events must not exceed 1,000 participants and may not conflict with the official RSNA program or exhibit hours.
    • Focus groups: Meetings that target a specific group of attendees to obtain specific data. These events must not exceed 50 participants and may not conflict with the official RSNA program or exhibit hours.
    • Staff/company meetings: Attendance is limited to the staff of the exhibiting company only and should not include professional attendees. No date and time restrictions apply.
    • Product and/or equipment demonstrations are prohibited.
    • All requests require prior approval from RSNA before they can be booked at a hotel or off-site venue.
    • Confirmation of meeting space may take up to two weeks from the date received.
