  • How to Authenticate Your Subscription (For Mobile Apps Only)

    When you first install the app on your device, you will need to authenticate your subscription in order to access full content. 

    The authentication process will only need to be done once.

    1. Once you are in the app, tap on the "Settings" icon (resembles a gear) next to the logo in the upper left (see below)

    2. When the Settings tab pops up, tap on "Authorize This Device" (see below)

    3. Tap on "My Subscription Login" (see below)

       
    4. Enter your username and password. (see below)
      This is the same login information you would use for the regular site or       MyRSNA

      Example:
      Username: 00123456
      Password: Smith (your last name, case-sensitive)

      Tap "Submit" when finished 

    5. You will see a message saying that your credentials have been saved (see below)

      The app stores your login information, and will remember this the next time you attempt to access content in the app
