Interested In Hosting An Event During RSNA 2013?

RSNA offers a variety of event opportunities to exhibitors. 

Exhibitor Function Space 

• Entertainment/social events: Dinners, receptions, etc., where there is no formal educational programming, must not exceed 1,000 participants.      
• Focus groups: Meetings that target a specific group of attendees to obtain specific data, must not exceed 50 participants.      
• Staff/company meetings: Attendance is limited to the staff of the exhibiting company only and should not include professional attendees.  No date and time restrictions apply.    
• Product and/or equipment demonstrations are prohibited.    
• All requests require prior approval from RSNA.     
• Confirmation of meeting space may take up to two weeks from the date received.  

 Non-RSNA Satellite Symposium  

• Any educational function that includes a formal presentation or procedural instruction.     
• Only an exhibiting company may participate. Medical societies and associations are not eligible for this program.     
• Product and/or equipment demonstrations are prohibited.     
• Exhibitors have the option of offering CME credit.      
• A NON-REFUNDABLE fee will be charged per symposium. 
  • Non-CME Credit: $3,500.00
  • CME Credit: $7,000.00
   
• All requests require prior approval from RSNA.
