Endowed Donor Giving
Recognizing donors who make major gifts to the Foundation, the Endowed Donor Program provides the opportunity to endow and name a grant for a 20-year period. Giving opportunities for this program range from $600,000 to $1.5 million.
As an Endowed Donor, your donation will not only support the work of the Foundation, but also will serve as a wonderful gift to your profession, your patients and your family.
Endowment Giving Levels*:

Scholar Grant - $1,500,000

Fellow Grant - $1,000,000

Research Resident Grant - $600,000

Seed Grant - $600,000
*Endowments are also available at other giving levels in support of a grant for fewer than 20 years.
