Committee Leaders The R&E Foundation Committees are responsible for reviewing specific programs of the Foundation, making recommendations to the Board of Trustees for revised and/or new programming, and providing regular reports on committee work to the Board of Trustees. Grant Program Committee - The Grant Program Committee has overall responsibility for recommending and developing new and revised grant/award programs to be implemented by the Foundation. The Committee is responsible for all of the activities of the Research Study Section and the Education Study Section.
