Grant Programs
The RSNA Research & Education Foundation offers funding opportunities for medical students, residents, fellows, and faculty members who have an active interest in radiologic research. The Foundation's research grant programs often serve as the first step toward a career in radiologic research - in fact, surveys show that for every dollar awarded by the R&E Foundation, recipients receive nine dollars in subsequent funds from other sources as principal investigator.

Realizing the importance of education to meet the current and future needs of radiology, the Foundation offers grants for the development and dissemination of educational materials, education methodology research, traditional fellowship training, and education career development.

Grants applications are accepted through an online system which opens each fall prior to the application deadline in January.
