    • Free transportation.  Free shuttle bus and Metra train service is available between all all RSNA contracted hotels and McCormick Place.

    Housing opens Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 10:30am CT.  An email will be sent to the official representative of each company on May 27, 2015.  Exhibitor housing closes November 4, 2015.  Please direct your housing questions to housing@rsna.org or 1-630-571-7847.

    Housing Formula

    A housing formula is used to determine whether an exhibitor qualifies for Individual Exhibitor Housing or Block Housing. Reservations are managed via the internet.  This will include processing new reservations, entering the rooming list, adjusting arrival/departure dates and making name changes.

    Individual Exhibitor Housing

    • Companies with a maximum of 699 sq. ft. of purchased exhibit space can only participate in the Individual Exhibitor Housing System and can request up to 24 rooms. 
    • Companies with 700 sq. ft. or more of purchased exhibit space and require fewer than 25 rooms qualify for the Individual Exhibitor Housing System.
    • The Individual Exhibitor housing site opens June 10 at 10:30am (CT).  Please note Individual Exhibitor Housing is available on a first come first served basis.

    A deposit equal to a one night stay including tax is required to confirm your hotel reservation.  Reservations may be secured with a major credit card at the time of booking. The credit card must be valid through December 2015 and will be charged by the hotel approximately two weeks before the annual meeting.  If the credit card is declined, the reservation may be cancelled by the Hotel.

    • Block housing formula is 4 rooms per 100sq. ft. of purchased exhibit space
    • Companies with 700 sq. ft. or more of purchased exhibit space AND require MORE THAN 25 rooms on peak night need to submit their housing request through the online block housing request site.
    • The Block Housing online process will open June 10 at 10:30am (CT) and closes on June 29 at 4pm (CT).
    • Block housing assignments are based on the same priority point system used for exhibitor space assignments.

    Exhibitor Block Housing Deposits

    A $400 deposit is required per requested hotel reservation to confirm your entire room block no later than August 21, 2015.  Reservations may be secured with a major credit card at the time of booking. The credit card must be valid through December 2015 and will be charged by the hotel approximately two weeks before the annual meeting.  If the credit card is declined, the reservation may be cancelled by the Hotel. Exhibitor Block Housing companies can send a check, money order or wire transfer, payable to RSNA, for the hotel deposit. Exhibitors are responsible for all wire transfer fees.

    Suite Request (available June 10)

    • Suite requests are considered over and above the allotted number of rooms determined by the housing formula
    • Suite requests will be assigned in a first-come, first served basis
    • Due to the high demand for suites at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, each company will be limited to one (1) hospitality suite and two (2) non-hospitality suites.
