    • Badge Registration Opens:

      • Wednesday, June 14, at 10:30am CT – Companies with 70 or more earned exhibitor priority points can register 
      • Thursday, June 15, at 10:30am CT – Companies with 30 or more earned exhibitor priority points can register 
      • Friday, June 16, at 10:30am CT – Registration is open to all companies

      Badge Allotment:

      • Each exhibiting company is allotted (5) five complimentary badges for each 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased.
      • A $50 fee will be assessed for each badge produced over the complimentary allotment.
      • No refunds will be issued for badges purchased but not used.

      Badge Access:

      • An exhibitor badge allows access to the two technical exhibit halls, the Learning Center, and educational sessions, if space permits, after all professional registrants have entered.
      • CME or CE credit is not tracked or awarded to those with exhibitor badges.
      • Exhibitor personnel that wish to obtain CME/CE credit must register as a full conference professional attendee and pay the applicable registration fee.

      Exhibitor Personnel

      • Employee of company: sales, marketing, executive, operations, etc.
      • 6:00 am-8:00 pm access during set-up, show days and tear-down

      Distributor Personnel

      • Dealers and independent sales representatives who are contracted to staff the booth
      • 6:00 am-8:00 pm access during set-up, show days and tear-down

      Badge Distribution:

      • FedEx/UPS (if registered by November 3) –  Each company’s main contact to supply their own Federal Express or UPS account number at the point of registration to facilitate expedited shipping with tracking.
      • Hold for Group Onsite Pick up – Each company’s main contact will be required to set up an onsite appointment to pick up all company exhibitor personnel badges.  It is the main contact’s responsibility to distribute badges to the appropriate exhibitor personnel. Onsite appointments will be scheduled online in November – you will be contacted by Experient.
      • Hold for Individual Onsite Pick up – Individual exhibitor personnel will pick up their own badges onsite at any registration location and will be required to show a business card with the exhibiting company name and a photo ID. Individual exhibitor personnel badges can only be picked up by the individual.
