RSNA is now offering a place on the exhibit floor for companies to use for private meetings with staff, customers and potential clients. RSNA Meeting Suites will be located within the exhibit hall of your main booth for a daily or weekly rental. Education sessions and product demonstrations are not permitted inside the meeting suites.

Minimum 10'x10' and can be rented in 100 sq. ft. increments. Headquarter Offices are available in both technical exhibition halls and will be assigned in the same hall as your company's main booth. Uses include company break/lunch room, check-in point for staff, meetings, coatroom, etc. Headquarter Offices are restricted to exhibit personnel only; professional attendees are not permitted entry and should not be used in conjunction with booth activities.

NEW - Invite your
customers and potential customers to lunch during the RSNA annual meeting and
conduct an informational, non-CME presentation to a captive audience.
Exhibiting company sponsoring an approved Lunch and Learn will receive one
complimentary Registration List.
Lunch & Learn available Monday, December 1 – Wednesday, December 3
from12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. (one per day):
The cost of a Lunch and Learn is $15,000/event and is
non-refundable unless it is not approved by RSNA. This fee includes meeting
space (room set is theater) and A/V equipment (laptop at podium, LCD with
screen, podium microphone, VGA connection and wireless internet connection).
