About RSNA.org

RSNA.org supports the broad mission of RSNA to advance research and education in the field of radiology. It serves as a portal for members to access information and services related to activities of the Society and to the profession of radiology more generally. It is intended to enhance the value of their membership in RSNA and provide them with education and resources to aid in the practice of their profession.

Description

Established in 1994, RSNA.org is the main Web site of the Radiological Society of North America, a nonprofit medical society with more than 40,000 members. It is used by physicians and other health care professionals, journalists, educators, librarians, and others. Among its resources are the RSNA Exibitor List, the online version of the annual directory to technical exhibitors; the online version of the scientific program of the RSNA annual meeting; links to DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) resources, practice guidelines, and information for radiology residents and medical students; listings of accredited and nonaccredited meetings and conferences in continuing medical education; portions of the two RSNA print journals, Radiology and RadioGraphics; an online version of the monthly RSNA newsletter; and classified ads. RSNA.org consists of several thousand Web pages and many external links. On average, RSNA.org delivers more than 450,000 page views per month, excluding materials on associated sites (interactive materials in InteractED, RSNA Journals Online, and Radiology Info.) File requests come from all over the world.

Linking Policy

In pursuit of its mission, RSNA.org sometimes includes hyperlinks to sites containing non-commercial information from other organizations in radiology and related fields. Representatives from such organizations wishing to propose links to relevant content should contact RSNA staff at webmaster@rsna.org.

RSNA does not normally publish links to Web pages whose primary purpose is to promote commercial products. RSNA does offer opportunities for paid advertisements in RSNA.org. Parties interested in advertising opportunities should contact RSNA staff at advertise@rsna.org.
